Terms of Service

Blackjack - Jacks on 2's · Last updated 17 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Willwin Games ("we", "us") for your use of the Blackjack - Jacks on 2's app. By creating an account or playing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

1. Who can use Blackjack - Jacks on 2's

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian's permission to play, particularly before using voice chat.

You may hold one account. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account, and you should tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

2. Gems and the in-game economy

Gems are a virtual item inside the game and nothing more. Specifically:

If we introduce the ability to buy gems in future, we will update these terms and tell you before that happens. Any such purchase would be handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play and would be subject to their terms as well as these.

3. How you may behave

Blackjack - Jacks on 2's is played with other people, including over live voice. You agree not to:

4. Voice chat

Voice chat is optional and off until you enable it. It carries live audio between players, who may be strangers.

It is not monitored and not recorded. Nobody is listening on our side, and no recording exists for us to review afterwards. You are responsible for what you say and for what you choose to share about yourself.

You can mute any player individually at any time, and you can report a player from the same menu. Because there is no recording, we act on reports using the account history and the pattern of reports rather than the content of a conversation.

5. Reports, suspension and termination

Reports are reviewed by a person. Where we find a breach of these terms, we may remove content, restrict access to features such as voice chat, suspend an account, or close it permanently. Serious or repeated breaches, and anything involving the safety of a child, may result in immediate and permanent closure.

We may also suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently or to attack the service.

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account from the Profile screen.

6. Availability of the service

We do not guarantee that the game will be available at any particular time or free of faults. It may be interrupted for maintenance, or by problems with networks and services outside our control.

We may change, add or remove features, and we may stop offering the game altogether. If we discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice in the app where we can.

Blackjack - Jacks on 2's is currently in testing. You may encounter bugs, and game data including gem balances and match history may occasionally be reset while we get it right.

7. Things you submit

When you send feedback or make a report, you give us permission to use what you have written to operate, support and improve the game. Do not include anything confidential or anything you would not want us to read.

8. Our rights in the game

The app, its artwork, code, name and design belong to us and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute or create derivative works from it, except where the law specifically allows it.

9. Liability

Blackjack - Jacks on 2's is provided as a game, for entertainment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of data, loss of in-game items including gems, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and if the change is significant we will tell you in the app. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
