Blackjack - Jacks on 2's · Last updated 17 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Blackjack - Jacks on 2's collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the mobile app and the servers behind it.

Who is responsible for your data

Blackjack - Jacks on 2's is operated by Willwin Games, based in the United Kingdom, who is the data controller for the personal data described here.

You can reach us at info@jackson2s.com for any question about this policy or your data.

What we collect

DataWhy we hold it
Email address To identify your account, let you sign in, verify your address, and reset a forgotten password. We do not send marketing email.
Username, display name, short bio, avatar choice Shown to other players in lobbies, games and on the leaderboard.
Password Stored only as a bcrypt hash. We never store or see your actual password.
Game statistics and match history Games played, won and lost, win rate, ranking, and a record of matches including who you played and the result. Match records are shared with the other players in that game by the nature of the game.
Gem balance and gem history Gems are the in-game currency. Every change to your balance is recorded with a reason, so balances can be audited and errors corrected.
Voice audio When you enable voice chat, audio is transmitted live between you and the other players. See the section below.
Reports you make or receive If you report another player, we store who reported whom, the game code, the reason chosen and any note you add, so a person can review it.
Feedback you send The text you write, plus your app version and device platform. Note that feedback text is also sent to a private team channel so we see it promptly.
Sign-in sessions Session tokens, stored on our servers only as hashes. Your device also stores a token so you stay signed in.
Verification and reset codes Stored as a hash, never as the code itself, and valid for 15 minutes.
IP address and server logs Used to apply rate limits and prevent abuse such as password-guessing. We do not use IP addresses to build a profile of you.

The app also keeps a small error log on your own device to help diagnose crashes. That stays on your phone and is not sent to us.

Voice chat

Voice chat is optional and off until you turn it on. When it is on:

Our legal basis for using your data

Who else handles your data

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We use these service providers to run the game:

Some of these providers operate servers outside the United Kingdom. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by the safeguards those providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the Profile screen in the app. You will be asked for your password to confirm.

When you delete your account we anonymise it rather than removing the row outright, because your match records are also part of your opponents' game histories. In practice:

What remains afterwards contains nothing that identifies you: the match records themselves, so other players keep their game history, and the gem transaction record, which we keep as an audit trail. Reports made about a player are retained so that repeated behaviour can be recognised.

If you would rather we erased everything including the match records, email us and we will discuss what is possible.

How long we keep things

How we protect your data

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and session tokens are stored only as hashes. Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. We apply rate limits to sign-in and account creation to frustrate automated attacks, and access to game data requires an authenticated session.

No service can promise perfect security, but we take it seriously and fix problems when we find them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it if it is wrong, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Email info@jackson2s.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

Blackjack - Jacks on 2's is not for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and if we learn that we have, we will delete the account.

A note for parents. This game includes live voice chat between players who may be strangers, and that conversation is not monitored or recorded. Voice chat is off by default and has to be switched on. Players can mute anyone individually and report them. If you would prefer your child not to use it, the microphone permission can be refused or revoked in the device settings and the rest of the game works normally.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
